I am a film director and writer based in Berlin. Since 2021, I have been studying directing at the Film University Babelsberg Konrad Wolf. My films explore self-deception and the subjectivity of truth. Other than that, I hope to become a halfway decent Durak player someday.

Eyes won't see / Vom Bösen Blick (2026)
Eine Produktion vom Filmuniversität Babelsberg Konrad Wolf und Rundfunk Berlin Brandenburg (rbb). Uraufführung beim Filmfestival Max Ophüls Preis 2026. Regie und Buch: Yann Rehberg. Synopsis: After the suicide of a teenager from the youth club Q3, social worker Luca’s world begins to fall apart. When her gay colleague and friend Kiran is accused of having had an inappropriate closeness to the boy, she fights for his innocence – torn between trust, responsibility, and her own moral convictions, she begins a painful search for the truth.

Synopsis: Thomas is a respected neurosurgeon who suddenly suffers from seizures that cause his hand to shake. Afraid of losing his job, he keeps the seizures a secret from his colleagues. His profession ultimately gives him meaning, community and identity. Can he give all this up - let go before he risks the lives of his patients?
